Doing the right things for the right reason – The Community Care Initiative for AZ Foster Youth is a collaborative plan for the purpose of bettering our world.  It describes a partnership and/or structured collaboration between like mind Entrepreneurs, Community Businesses, the Arizona Department of Child Safety & Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

The overall goal is to connect critical resources across multiple disciplines and to integrate the sometimes disparate needs of outreach to Foster Youth and their communities. Our collaborative efforts focus on meaningful transition, prevention and wellness rather than on symptoms.

Momentum towards the Community Care Initiative for AZ Foster Youth addressing transition, self-care and prevention shows that it’s possible and offers hope that collective action aimed at resetting their path can be achieved.

Be it ongoing communitarian needs or when disaster strikes, is your organization aligned to help make a difference?
